Eosinophilia

This is the condition on which a certain type of white blood cells called Eosinophils grows beyond the normal level. The high level of this type of white blood cells can flow in the bloodstream but can also be concentrated on certain areas. One type of Eosinophilia is called Tissue Eosinophilia which can tested by taking tissue samples, like in the nasal area. The second type of Eosinophilia is called Blood Eosinophilia which can be tested by blood analysis. When the total number of Eosinophils reaches 500, Eosinophilia can be concluded. Eosinophils usually help to protect the body from foreign substances but high concentration can have serious side effects.
