Flat Affect (Inability to Display Emotion)

Flat affect can be described as a severe reduction in emotional expressiveness. Signs of someone affected by flat affect may include monotonous voice, diminished facial expressions, and a general apathetic appearance. Flat affect is also known as blunted affect.
